Summerhouse in southern style close to beach

About this house

You’ll find this gem just a few hundred meters from the seawall and the beach. The house stands out with its Mediterranean charm—built of brick with fine masonry details reminiscent of the South of France or Spain. The sunny garden offers plenty of nooks and space for outdoor games.

Inside, you’ll find 84 m² plus a spacious sunroom that ties it all together. Three bedrooms are distributed with two double beds and a bunk room with four beds. One room features a double Auping Royal adjustable bed. There is no TV, but a projector where you can stream anything you have access to from your phone, tablet, or PC.

The garden is a sunny retreat with furniture, outdoor games, and a large Morsø fireplace with a pizza oven on the terrace. A Weber gas grill is ready for outdoor dinners. The house is suitable for year-round use with electric radiators, a heat pump, a wood-burning stove, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. A portable projector in the living room can be connected wirelessly to mobile devices.

You can reach Marielyst Torv, just 1,000 meters away, with ice cream shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants—close enough to walk to, yet far enough away for peace and quiet in the evening. The beach stretches 17 kilometers of continuous sand. Bøtø Nature Park is 4 kilometers away, home to wild horses, cows, and rare butterflies. The area also offers mini-golf, a golf course, bowling, go-karting, and paddleboarding.
