Luxury apartment with rooftop terrace

About this house

In this exclusive vacation apartment in the heart of Heiligendamm, an architectural gem awaits you, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. From the unique rooftop terrace, your gaze sweeps from Warnemünde to Kühlungsborn—the perfect place for unforgettable moments from sunrise to sunset.

The apartment combines modern luxury with a maritime flair. Two bedrooms with ocean views, a spacious living room with a fireplace and two balconies, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, offer the highest level of comfort. The light-filled living area is perfect for cozy evenings by the fireplace or shared meals.

The private rooftop terrace is the absolute highlight: equipped with a lounge area, dining table, and a fully functional outdoor kitchen, it creates a unique atmosphere high above the rooftops.

Upon request, the terrace can be transformed into a private retreat. For an additional fee, a hot tub can be set up for you, where you can relax while enjoying views of the sea and the coastline. Those with a particular passion for fine dining can be pampered by a personal chef in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy an exclusive dinner under the open sky. In this way, the rooftop terrace transforms into a stage for indulgence, conviviality, and unforgettable moments.

Heiligendamm, Germany’s first seaside resort, enchants visitors with its neoclassical architecture and wide sandy beach. The historic Molli resort train, exclusive restaurants at the Grand Hotel, and picturesque walking trails through coastal forests and dune landscapes will make your stay a truly special experience.
