About this house
Nestled on a privileged plateau in the Alpes-Maritimes, this Provencal villa offers spectacular 360-degree views, stretching from the Esterel massif to the imposing Baous. A haven of peace bathed in Mediterranean light, where every window frames a unique natural tableau.
The vast 70 m² living room, entirely glazed, merges harmoniously with the surrounding garden. The 40 m² kitchen with its spacious dining area opens onto a shaded terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The bedrooms, all spacious and intimate, have either a balcony or direct access to the garden.
The property extends over 6000 m² of flat land, dotted with century-old olive trees. Several relaxation areas have been created: hammocks for napping, sheltered outdoor lounges, and an outdoor cooking area equipped with a pizza oven and barbecue.
You're ideally located for exploring the treasures of the hinterland. A 20-minute walk will take you to a number of river swimming spots. The hilltop villages of Saint-Jeannet, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and Saint-Paul-de-Vence await you, as do the Baous hiking trails and popular cycling routes.
