70s house with design, soul, and rustic details

About this house

In this gently renovated summer house, you will find a fine balance between soul, design, and rustic materials. A place for togetherness and tranquility has been created here, where the large windows create a fluid transition between the interior of the house and the surrounding nature.

The cottage bears the mark of careful choices, where the house has been updated with great respect for the existing materials. The renovation combines the original look with modern comfort in a harmonious whole of wood and textures. There is plenty of space for socializing, while at the same time it is easy to find your own cozy corner for contemplation and tranquility.

The 2600 m² natural grounds are almost completely secluded and offer plenty of space for play, outdoor life, and relaxation. The grounds are characterized by heather and trees, and here you can enjoy the outdoors without being disturbed. There is plenty of space for active hours in the open air as well as quiet moments in the sun.

The beach is only 560 meters away, and from here you can follow the idyllic walking and cycling route along the coast all the way to Gjerrild Nordstrand. Mols Bjerge National Park, most of East Jutland's cultural life, and other major attractions can be reached in less than an hour by car, so you are always close to both magnificent nature experiences and the pulse of the city.
