About this house
A newly built architect-designed house where you can enjoy modern living with magnificent views of the rural village and rolling meadows. Here you will find the perfect blend of minimalist design and functionality.
The airy floor plan offers plenty of space for socializing. The stylish kitchen offers a fantastic view while you cook, and double doors lead out to the generous 80 sqm patio. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, an office, and a living room that can accommodate the entire party.
The well-planned 1,000 m² garden is a paradise for both young and old, with a trampoline, soccer goals, and a basketball hoop. At the back, the mountain awaits where you can enjoy the evening sun, and in late summer you can pick wild berries right on the property.
The area offers wonderful nature experiences with a 3 km hiking trail around the lake, where two sandy beaches invite you to take a dip. For excursions, Alingsås cafés and Borås Zoo are within 30 minutes' reach, while Liseberg and Skara Sommarland offer exciting day trips.
