This late 19th-century residence welcomes you with the authentic charm of the Apulian countryside. After careful renovation, it retains the soul of the houses of yesteryear with a private swimming pool and centuries-old walnut and fruit trees that offer shade and relaxation.

The interior spaces are divided into independent areas: a three-room apartment with kitchen and living room, a bedroom with kitchenette, and a studio apartment. Each area has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and air conditioning, ensuring privacy and comfort. The main kitchen with a vintage refrigerator and oven is the convivial heart of the house where you can gather.

The covered porch has a large table for group meals, with an outdoor brick kitchen and barbecue in the garden. The pool area has a solarium, shower, and changing room. The internal parking area is shaded by a pergola.
