This historic family-run villa nestles in the mountainous landscape of the Marche region, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, in the heart of a 45,000 m² private estate consisting of meadows, trees, and a forest of century-old pine trees.
The house has retained the charm of an Italian manor, with terracotta floors, exposed ceiling beams, fireplaces and spacious living rooms. Here, time moves at a different pace: leisurely breakfasts, afternoons by the pool, walks on the property, aperitifs at sunset overlooking the sea and dinners that last well into the night.
The swimming pool offers panoramic views, surrounded by green spaces and overlooking the hills and the Adriatic Sea. Around the house, meadows, trees, and a forest of century-old pine trees alternate. The barbecue area and the covered dining area serve as a natural extension of the house during the high season.
Senigallia's just a few minutes away, so you can alternate between the countryside and the beach in a single day. Nearby, you can discover medieval towns, local cuisine, art and a coastline that still has surprises in store.
