Restored Tuscan farmhouse in the hills of Lucca

About this house

Nestled in the hills of Lucca, this newly renovated farmhouse combines the authenticity of Tuscan tradition with the most modern comforts. Four double bedrooms with private bathrooms welcome families and groups looking for a different pace of life. Here, you can truly slow down, with all the space you need.

The interiors are thoughtfully furnished in a rustic Tuscan style: warm materials, bright spaces, and each room featuring its own private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is at your complete disposal. The on-site gym, complete with a bench, barbell, dumbbells, weights, and an exercise bike, is ready for those who don’t want to skip their workout routine.

The garden and panoramic terrace overlook the Tuscan countryside. The outdoor area is set up for al fresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Private parking is available on the property, with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning available throughout the house.

Lucca is very close by, with its historic walls and downtown squares. In the surrounding area, you can explore villages such as Montecarlo and Pietrasanta, enjoying Tuscan cuisine and wine tastings. Pisa, Florence, Livorno, and the towns of Versilia are all within easy reach of the farmhouse.
