Tuscan retreat with pool and panoramic views

About this house

Nestled between rolling olive groves and fragrant forests, a charming vacation home awaits you above Pescia. From this privileged location on the ridge, you can enjoy breathtaking views in two directions under the Tuscan sun. The house is part of a lovingly maintained estate that includes two other vacation homes.

Upstairs, you will find a bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the private terrace – ideal for morning coffee or evening aperitifs. The ground floor features a welcoming kitchen and dining room, complemented by a separate sleeping area with two practical fold-away beds for children.

The spacious communal outdoor area invites you to enjoy life in the open air in a 3,800 m² fenced garden. A generous 12x6m pool at the edge of the olive grove, an inviting pool bar, and sunny and shaded terraces create different atmospheres. The pizza house with wood-fired oven and the large outdoor dining area promise convivial evenings.

From here, you can explore the treasures of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are less than an hour away. Authentic wineries, relaxing thermal baths, and charming markets beckon in the surrounding area. The medieval village of Vellano with its impressive pizza at Vialeuropa 2.0 is an absolute highlight.
