About this house
Immerse yourself in a private eco-retreat in the coastal hills of Cefalù, where the sea breeze replaces air conditioning and breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Aeolian Islands accompany you every day. This unique property in the heart of the Madonie Nature Reserve offers you an authentic experience, surrounded by Mediterranean pines, cork oaks, and rich biodiversity.
The cottage, recently renovated in the traditional Sicilian style, features hand-carved local stone, chestnut beams, and antique terracotta roof tiles. Two separate bedrooms with independent entrances and bathrooms with rain showers offer comfort and privacy. The furnishings evoke the sea with light fabrics, sturdy woods, and hues that reflect the sky and waves.
Outside, you’ll find a covered kitchen with a sea view, a barbecue, and a minibar stocked with local organic products and Sicilian wines. The new Star-Fish terrace, featuring a private natural pool, lounge chairs, and hammocks, invites you to relax completely. In the evening, enjoy the starry sky in your private corner amidst the Mediterranean gardens.
The location in the Madonie Park allows you to explore nature trails, go fishing, or simply gaze out at the sea. Upon request, you can enhance your stay with massages, a private chef, guided fishing tours, or personalized services. The 20,000 m² property will be entirely yours for an unforgettable vacation.
