About this house
A 14th-floor apartment in Carlsberg City, where the view is so striking that it almost seems to blow in through the large windows. The living room faces southwest, so the sun shines in most of the day, and in the evening you can watch the sunset from both the living room and the balcony.
The balcony door opens wide, making the balcony an extension of the living room. Even though you’re high up, the balcony is sheltered and mostly wind-free. The view stretches from the Øresund Bridge and the planes over Kastrup to Køge Bay and Roskilde, and nearby you can watch the horses in J.C. Jacobsen’s Garden and the treetops at Vestre Kirkegård.
The kitchen-dining area offers a view of the entire apartment, while the bedrooms serve as quiet, private spaces, also with views. The bathroom is spacious enough that no one feels cramped. As a new construction, the apartment is remarkably quiet from the neighbors.
Carlsberg Byen has bakeries, restaurants, and wine bars. Hart and Københavns Bageri are local favorites for breakfast, and Bar Veto is a wine bar in the area. Enghave Plads is a lively urban space with great playgrounds for children.
