About this house
The house combines rural tranquility with proximity to the North Sea: your completely renovated vacation home is located in Poppenbüll, just 14 km from the dunes and beaches of St. Peter-Ording. Three bedrooms, a garden sauna with a wood-burning stove, and a spacious south-facing property await you on 145 m².
The 55 m² living and dining area with a modern country-style kitchen and panoramic fireplace invites you to linger together. The bright, friendly interior creates a relaxed atmosphere. A sleeping area under the roof offers two additional sleeping places for older children – ideal as their own little retreat. A smart TV rounds off the amenities.
The 1500 m² property is surrounded by a ditch and offers unobstructed views without any annoying fences. A sun terrace, lawn, and barbecue area invite you to relax. Amongst elderberry, maple, willow, and mirabelle plum trees, you will find currants, blackberries, a willow house for children, and a fire pit. The garden sauna with a large terrace is available for you to relax in.
Kitesurfing, surfing, and stand-up paddleboarding await you on the beaches. Go on mudflat hikes, try beach sailing, or kite buggying. The Multimar Wattforum in Tönning and the West Coast Park offer exciting excursions. The Westerhever lighthouse and the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt are well worth a visit.
