Architect-designed villa by Lake Lången

About this house

This newly built, architect-designed house is located just a stone's throw from Lake Lången, in the small village of Långstorp in the Småland countryside. Here, modern comfort meets rural idyll, with nature right on your doorstep and seclusion free from through traffic or nearby neighbors. You’ll live comfortably together, with room for two families or a larger group looking to enjoy peace and space.

The heart of the house is the 14-meter-long living area, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room run in a row facing the lake. Large windows let in the light and frame the view of the water and landscape. The kitchen island invites you to gather, the dining table seats up to 12 people, and the sauna with a lake view becomes a natural part of your stay.

The large property offers plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities. Under the covered terrace, you can enjoy lunch together; on the deck, you can watch the sunset; and around the gas grill, you can gather to cook in the garden. A grill and all the utensils you need are provided.

Lake Lången is popular for fishing, especially for pikeperch, and you can rent a motorboat with fishing gear at the dock within walking distance. Explore the Småland countryside through hiking, biking, and berry picking, or take day trips to Store Mosse, Vandalorum, or Nydala Abbey. Värnamo and Växjö are easily accessible by car.
