About this house
We welcome you to a fully restored former farmhouse dating back to 1784, in the heart of La Clusaz. Just a stone's throw from the village and 30 meters from the slopes, enjoy exceptional views of the Aravis mountain range from the terrace and living areas.
The large open-plan kitchen and dining room invite you to share long meals facing the mountains. The living room is centered around the fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Large bay windows naturally connect the interior to the terrace.
The house has a bar area and wine cellar, a private cinema room, a games room for children, and a convenient ski room. The wellness area includes a heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and outdoor jacuzzi, all facing the peaks.
The La Clusaz ski area offers a variety of slopes for all levels. The plateau and Lake Les Confins, just a few minutes away, will charm you with their spectacular views. Annecy and its lake, thirty minutes away, promise wonderful getaways between the charming old town and water sports.
