About this house
You will find peace and space for the whole family in this holiday home in Kyhlstrand. The house is located on a corner plot with unobstructed views of the open landscape, and the beach is only 150 meters away. With a sheltered hot tub and afternoon sun behind the house, you can relax while the children play.
The 230 m² are divided into seven bedrooms with Scandinavian decor in light colors and wood paneling. All rooms have curtains so that even the little ones can take their afternoon nap. Tiled floors with underfloor heating provide comfortable warmth all year round, and a washing machine and dryer make your stay convenient.
The 1100 m² natural plot has a playhouse with Lego, a zip line, a slide, a disc golf basket, and a boules court. By the outdoor hot tub, you can enjoy the evening sun in peace and quiet while listening to the sound of the sea. There are activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors.
Skillinge fishing camp is six kilometers away with shops and restaurants. In July and August, there is a mobile restaurant on the beach 500 meters from the house. Simrishamn is 17 kilometers away, and Ystad's three golf courses are 25 kilometers away.
