House with sauna and jetty by the fjord near Trosa

About this house

In this newly renovated house, featuring a wood-fired sauna, a private dock, and a fantastic view of the bay, you’ll find the perfect balance between forest and sea. A rowboat, kayak, and SUP are ready for adventures on the water, while a soccer goal and outdoor shower on the natural grounds invite you to play and relax.

The 150 m² main house spans two floors and features an open floor plan on the ground floor, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly into one another. The ground floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the upper floor offers an open area with a TV nook and sleeping accommodations. The fireplace and the dining area on the terrace for eight people create wonderful gathering spots.

The property is a natural lot with a lawn by the water, where you can enjoy your own dock and swimming opportunities. The sauna house accommodates eight people and features a relaxation area, a restroom, and a shower with hot water. A heated guest house with a bunk bed, as well as a charging station for electric cars, complete the property.
