About this house
You will find a charming house with white, bright rooms and a unique location on a slope. From the house, you can see over the treetops, creating a feeling of being almost alone in the forest. The house is built on the middle plateau of the property, and further up you will find a lookout point with an even better view.
Inside, everything is kept white and bright, creating a relaxing atmosphere. A pellet stove provides cozy and comfortable warmth in the cooler months.
The large terrace in front of the house offers several seating areas and a lounge area. Here you can enjoy the sun from early afternoon until evening, and you have complete privacy. At the back of the house you will find another terrace, perfect for breakfast or when the sun gets too hot.
Plenty of great walks take you to the Skelhøje viewpoint, Boeslum Beach, or the sunset at Ahl Beach. You can walk to the disc golf course, the cozy pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, or the harbor with specialties such as Hos Walter and Ebeltoft Fisk og Røgeri. The Grønne Gren thrift store is a 10-minute walk from the house.
