Nestled in a quiet mountain village, this rustic house offers you spectacular views of the surrounding valley. From the main terrace you can watch the local wildlife pass by and listen to the sweet sound of the Villa church bells echoing across the valley.
The interior has been carefully renovated, maintaining its authentic character. The house has a modern kitchen with gas stove, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a long convivial table, and a cozy living room on the second floor.
The lower floor features two communicating vaulted cellars, where you can enjoy the panoramic view while staying cool. The front garden is enriched with olive trees, vines, kiwi and laurel trees, and there is a Weber gas barbecue on the terrace.
Just a 30-minute drive away are the beautiful beaches of Lerici and San Terenzo. The area offers excellent local restaurants, such as the renowned 'Mauro' a 5-minute drive away.
