Cottage with lake view and boat at Lake Storsjön

About this house

On the shore of Lake Storsjön, in one of the area’s absolute best fishing spots, this modern cabin sits beautifully within the natural surroundings. Here, you’ll enjoy lake views from every window and be right in the heart of fantastic nature and fishing experiences for the whole family. Lake Storsjön is well-known among anglers, where zander and pike, in particular, attract enthusiasts from near and far. Using the cottage’s motorboat or canoes, you can easily head out onto the lake—whether your goal’s a big catch, a trip to Lillön for a family barbecue, or a paddle trip to Restaurant Robin Hood in Forsbacka. The house is built for year-round use and is fully equipped with a modern kitchen. The interior combines comfort with personal touches from the property’s 80-year history, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. The well-maintained natural plot extends all the way down to the water—a safe and delightful place for both children and adults to play, relax, and enjoy their morning coffee by the water’s edge.
