Architect designed with two wings by Tisvilde Hegn

About this house

This architect-designed cottage with two separate wings is perfectly located between the tranquility of the forest and the bustling city life of Tisvilde. The house is located in Lundene, one of the old, quiet cottage neighborhoods that provides a special proximity to Tisvilde. The recently renovated home offers a unique combination of privacy and common areas, with natural light streaming in through large skylights.

The heart of the house is the large kitchen-dining room with a new handmade wooden kitchen. Three steps lead down to a spacious living room with high ceilings and an inviting wood-burning stove. Two separate wings ensure privacy with a parent and youth section, each with its own bathroom.

An elongated terrace runs the length of the house and offers different zones for relaxing and socializing. The garden is laid out as a natural plot with respect for the character of the area, surrounded by natural fences and tall trees.

The house is close to Ti Birke, a beautiful, hilly area right by the forest. 100 meters from the house is the path that runs through Tisvilde Hegn and from there you can walk or cycle down to the beach and town. Tisvilde is just 12 minutes away by bike through the forest or gravel roads, where you can experience the town's charming main street. The area offers a wealth of options, from gastronomic experiences at Helenekilde to relaxed pizzas from Den Røde Tomat, which can be enjoyed on the beach.
