The kitchen and dining area is the focal point of the home, while the living room is bright and calm with large windows and a reading corner. The rest of the home is simply and functionally decorated with plenty of space.

Outside, there is a green courtyard with a playground, orangery, greenhouse, and small communal areas where neighbors meet in the summer. The water is right outside the door, where you can take walks along the quay or just enjoy the view.

You have access to two harbour baths – one is 2 minutes away, the other 7 minutes. The metro is 60 seconds from the apartment and takes you to the city centre, Vesterbro and the airport. Visit Sydhavnstippen for nature and animals, or explore Slusen and Amager Fælled.
