This vacation rental welcomes you to the heart of Chiavenna's historic center, in a quiet neighborhood full of charm. The duplex combines contemporary design and alpine atmosphere, the result of a careful renovation completed in 2021 with the help of local craftsmen. South-facing terraces and balconies offer unique views of the mountains.
On the entrance floor, you will find a living room with a Prostoria sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. A curved steel staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a LAGO suspended bed and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. The spaces are designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people.
From the first floor, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for your outdoor moments. The bedroom also opens onto a small private balcony, perfect for enjoying the mountain views in total relaxation.
In just a minute, you can be at the Sierra Nevada Caffè for a cappuccino or at Bar Vicini for an aperitif. Take a stroll in Parco Paradiso or set off on a hike in Parco Marmitte dei Giganti. Chiavenna offers excellent restaurants, quaint shops, Palazzo Vertemate, and the monastery of San Lorenzo.
