About this house
From this newly built holiday home from 2024, you get a unique view of the water, where you can follow life on the water with sailing ships and ferries to Lyø. The cottage has been specially designed to take advantage of the unique location so you can enjoy the panoramic views from every angle.
Indoors, you'll be greeted by natural materials, with custom-built solutions and high-quality materials in every room and direct access to the terrace from every room, creating a perfect connection between inside and out. A unique kitchen completes the sophisticated interior design and invites you to cook together.
The garden offers terraces all around the house so you can follow the sun from morning to evening. Here you can enjoy breakfast and end the day with a drink while watching the sunset over the water.
From the grounds, cozy paths wind down to the local beach, which you can reach in just 10 minutes. In the area you'll also find Dyreborg Forest with hiking trails, the charming fishing village with local specialties at Proviant, and the historic stone galley with 360-degree views of the archipelago.
