About this house

You will stay in a granite house completed in 2021, built with stone extracted directly on site. From the terrace, the bedrooms, or the pool, you will enjoy a view that will transport you between sea and mountains in an authentic setting.

Inside, you will find all modern comforts: air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, new bedding, a summer kitchen, a laundry room, a TV corner, and a play area for children. Each room has large closets for your convenience.

You will appreciate the family estate where the house was built, a perfect place to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature while enjoying the amenities of a new home.

You will be ideally located between Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio. Santa Giulia beach and the citadel of Bonifacio are less than 30 minutes away. The intimate beaches of Testa are 15 minutes away, as is the sunset at La Tonnara. You can hike under the Uomo di Cagna or visit the Aiguilles de Bavella.
