About this house
You will find a charming cottage with an authentic 1960s carpenter's kitchen and a stylish mix of original furniture and modern comforts. The house is located on a lush 3000 m² natural plot with 7-8 apple trees, a lawn, and a small forest area—perfect for undisturbed relaxation in green surroundings.
Inside, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and Nespresso machine, living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump, and newly laid oak floors throughout. Two bedrooms accommodate four people, and the bathroom has a large shower cubicle. The furniture creates a personal and relaxed atmosphere.
The terrace and large garden invite you to enjoy outdoor life surrounded by a variety of plants, trees, and flowers. In summer, the property is completely secluded, so you can enjoy complete privacy. Two kayaks with equipment are available.
Explore Ørnereden in Dokkedal with its beautiful views, visit Lille Vildmose and spot moose and golden eagles, or go to Egense Strand for walks along the fjord. Aalborg city center is close by with cafes, restaurants, the Kunsten art museum, and Aalborg Zoo. The grocery store in Mou and restaurants in Storvorde ensure daily shopping.
