About this house
This loft is an extraordinary accommodation with an airy sleeping area under the roof. A steep staircase leads up to the raised bed – a head for heights is required here. The bathroom and toilet are also located on the mezzanine, conveniently accessible from the sleeping area.
The high window allows plenty of light to flood into the cozy sleeping area. The spacious kitchen-living room on the ground floor opens onto the terrace with wide French doors. Here you will find everything you really need – deliberately without anything superfluous. The clear design creates space to breathe.
From the quiet garden, you can reach the Kampenwand in just a few steps. The terrace invites you to linger while the Chiemgau mountains greet you all around. An ideal starting point for your hikes and explorations in nature.
The Kampenbahn cable car is located directly behind the house and takes you comfortably up the mountain. From there, you can reach the Steinling Alm in 40 minutes. The Cafe Rosa in the village is a 15-minute walk away, and the Frasdorfer Stube is 50 minutes away. Numerous alpine huts and inns invite you to stop for a bite to eat along the way.
