Architect house with conservatory in Sudret

About this house

Welcome to a modern, architect-designed home in southern Gotland, where light streams in through skylights and patio doors. Here, you’ll live surrounded by the unique southern light, with views of the sky and the sea. Light the fireplace and settle into the sunroom to enjoy the sunset or listen to the rain lashing against the windows.

The house is furnished with care, where every beautiful piece of furniture and ceramic detail has room to breathe. French doors around the entire house allow you to move easily between indoors and out onto the cast-concrete patio. In the conservatory, you can watch the birds while the light dances across the walls.

Surrounding the house are raised garden beds where you can pick fresh lettuce, herbs for dinner, or flowers for the table setting. Outdoors, gather around the wood-fired Ofyren—a wonderful gathering spot where you can cook together under the open sky and everyone can join in.

Sudret’s varied beaches are nearby—choose a sandy or rocky beach depending on the weather and wind. Cycle along the beautiful coastal road toward Hoburgen at sunset, or discover Hamra Krog and Sibbjän’s regenerative agriculture. Birdwatching at Faludden, Vamlingbo Naturum, and local music events enrich your stay year-round.
